First Session and Policies
Before Your First Session: Important Preparations
At Sentient Path, we want to ensure you are fully prepared for your session. Please take a moment to complete the following steps before your appointment:
Complete All Forms: Make sure to fill out all forms sent via Client Portal. These include emergency contact information, demographics, practice policies, informed consent, and any additional measures relevant to your treatment.
Upload Insurance Card: Upload a copy of your insurance card to Client Portal to confirm coverage and ensure your claims are processed promptly.
Input Insurance Information: Please input your insurance details at least 5 days prior to your first session. This allows us to verify your benefits and minimize any out-of-pocket costs.
Card on File: Have a card on file for copays and cancellation fees. We require a card to be set up for autopay for seamless billing. Please note that HSA cards are not eligible for auto-pay at this time, but can be used for manual payment.
Spruce App Introduction: We use the Spruce App for secure communication. You will receive an invitation and instructions to set up your account.

Appointments and Changes
Kindly note the importance of canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within less than 24 hours, the full fee will be your responsibility.
