Karlie specializes in working with individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and life transitions. She utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs.

Karlie has worked in private practice, outpatient mental health, and community resource programs. Her experience includes providing therapy in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting at Mesa Springs, where she supported individuals with diverse mental health conditions. She also has experience in case management, crisis intervention, and community outreach, helping individuals access essential resources such as food, transportation, and mental health services.
Karlie is currently a virtual therapist in private practice, where she provides compassionate and evidence-based care under clinical supervision. She is committed to helping clients develop resilience, gain insight, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
