Meet Ginna Kim-Kaplan
Clinical Supervisor/Therapist, MA, LCSW-S (she/her)
(She/Her) Licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado
Ginna Kim-Kaplan is a compassionate and skilled therapist specializing in helping clients navigate patterns of behavior and reactions to life’s challenges. She utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a transformative approach that views the mind as composed of different parts, each with its own emotions and motivations. Through this work, Ginna helps clients foster self-compassion, reframe their experiences, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Ginna collaborates with clients to reframe and depathologize self-perceptions, exploring family of origin and early life experiences to uncover the root causes of behavioral patterns. This process allows clients to develop deeper self-awareness and create positive shifts in how they show up in their relationships and daily lives.
In Ginna’s Words:
"Therapy with me is a collaborative and empowering process.
